Our growing company is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives for our Augusta, GA location, must be able to work nights and weekends.
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Will thoroughly and efficiently assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to ensure one call resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Areas of service and support include billing issues, trouble shooting hardware and software. Must be computer savvy and maximize effectiveness by increasing proficiency in the use in the use of all devices and applications available to the customers. Gather customer information and feedback for continuous improvement in our service, policies and procedures.
* Enthusiastically respond to inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their service plan.
* Ability to actively listen and trouble shoot all technical inquires regarding data services, media software, ports and activations.
* Make the best use of all resource tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
* Demonstrate best judgment in the disbursement of credits and refunds.
* Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues.
* Meet or exceed client-based metrics.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills
· Previous Customer Service experience preferred
· Ability to troubleshoot PC software installation issues, Mac experience a plus.
· Stellar analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to solve problems while, expressing empathy and exhibiting good judgement and a realistic understanding of issues
· Ability to follow policies and procedures, and show team building and leadership skills
· Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
· Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and provide feedback to management to improve overall operations
