I have been working on computers for 9 years now. I know many people have the complaint that they lost this and that when they took their computer in and the guy did not tell them he was going to do it or he didn't back up their information. Gone are those days my friends. I will do everything humanly possible to keep your info intact and get you back to normal. I have a very good fee of $50 for looking at the machine. If I have to take extensive time doing a virus clean, I will add $25-$40 dollars onto the total, depending on the time taken. I will ALWAYS call and let you know what I am doing and I will ask you first if I believe there is something that needs to be deleted. I believe in making you guys happy!
