My name is David. I've been teaching piano in my own studio, in public schools, and in colleges for 27 years now.

I hold a degree in piano performance, plus a masters degree in music education from Teacher's College, Columbia University.

I'm also a professional musician with over 30 years of performing experience.


I work with a diverse group of students - young and old, beginning and advanced - and with a wide range of learning styles.

You will benefit from my holistic approach to teaching and playing.
